On 9 October, SOCAR has issued a new sales tender for 30,000 t (+/- 10%) of bulk granular urea on an FOB Batumi, Georgia, basis and 30,000 t (+/- 10%) of the big-bagged granular fertilizer on an FOB Trabzon, Turkiye, basis, for shipment in H2 October—H1 November 2026. A sale on a CFR/CIF basis may also be considered, depending on the actual freight rate for the specific loading period. The bid submission deadline is 13 October.
