NCIC has sold 25,000 t of granular urea scheduled for May shipment at $865/t FOB Adabiya under the tender closed on 4 May. Note: this transaction FOB price includes the newly implemented export duty of $90/t, according to WFM’s sources. The customer and destination were undisclosed. Reminder: early last week, the company traded 10,000 t of the granular fertilizer at $852/t FOB Egypt for late May shipment by the tender closed on 27 April. Note: the export duty of $90/t was not imposed on Egyptian nitrogen fertilizers before 5 May 2026.
