Trade in Algerian granular urea has stayed brisk this week. AOA reportedly sold 15,000—25,000 t of the granular fertilizer at about $734—735/t FOB Algeria in the middle of this week, $54/t above last week’s transaction prices. The lot will supposedly be loaded in March—April.
Sorfert and AOA are aiming to sell April-shipped granular product at $750/t FOB Algeria now.
