Late on 14 July, MOPCO closed deals for two 5,000-tonne lots of granular urea with traders at $500/t FOB Egypt and $503/t FOB Egypt, both for August shipment to Europe. The transaction prices are $4.5/t above the one HFC agreed earlier that day.
