As a result, FOB prices for transactions concluded from this date are no longer subject to the export fee.<br>Reminder: in early May 2026, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade introduced an additional export fee of $90\/t on nitrogen fertilizers, initially set to apply from 5 May to 4 August 2026.
