Producers or their authorized representatives and the suppliers having a mandate from producers shall submit their offers by 15 April 2026. They shall be valid until 23 April 2026.<br>Reminder: RCF signed letters of intent to buy by tender closed on 18 February 2026 1.307 million t of urea at $508\/t CFR India\u2019s West Coast and $512\/t CFR India\u2019s East Coast.
