On 5 October, Turkmenhimiya put a 10,000-tonne lot of urea made at the Marykarbamid plant up for sale on the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET). The starting price on a prepaid basis is $235/t EXW Marykarbamid plant, which equals $300/t FOB Black Sea.
Reminder: the company last sold granular urea on 26 March, when it traded 500,000 t of the fertilizer at $582.5/t FOB Garabogaz/FCA Garabogaz Ammonia and Urea Production Plant, which equals $667.5/t FOB Black Sea, with a buyer from Singapore. The product was destined for the European market.
