Despite generally weak demand for CAN, some local customers have started inquiring about the fertilizer this week.
Yara has reportedly been quoting its prilled CAN 26% at €390—400/t FCA Ravenna in big bags for spot shipment, just like last week. According to market sources, the producer has been making the fertilizer at reduced capacity at its Ravenna-based facility.
Meanwhile, LAT Nitrogen/AGF Nitrogen has been offering CAN at €430/t CPT northeastern Italy in big bags for spot dispatch, according to WFM’s sources, €17.5/t above the level quoted two weeks ago.
