Dangote has sold 30,000 t of granular urea to an undisclosed buyer at $485/t FOB Nigeria for shipment to an open destination in late September.
The producer is now negotiating sales of other granular urea lots at a price above $490/t FOB Nigeria.
Reminder: last week, Dangote offered its granular fertilizer scheduled for late September—October shipment at $470/t FOB Nigeria and Indorama quoted it at $480/t FOB Nigeria for the same period of dispatch.
