On 7 September, SOCAR has floated a tender to sell 30,000 t (+/- 10%) of bulk granular urea on an FOB Batumi, Georgia, basis and 20,000 t (+/-10%) of the big-bagged granular fertilizer on an FOB Trabzon, Turkiye, basis for shipment in H2 September—H1 October. A sale on CFR/CIF bases may also be considered based on the actual freight rate for the specific period of loading. The bid submission deadline is 9 September.
