On the evening of 21 August, Abu Qir and MOPCO each sold 5,000 t of granular urea, both at $490/t FOB Egypt for September shipment. Abu Qir’s product will go to Europe. Customers under these deals were unknown at press time. The aforementioned transaction price is $15/t above the one Abu Qir agreed on 19 August.
