RCF has signed letters of intent (LoIs) to buy by tender closed on 11 August a total of 1.7795 million t of urea at $393.65/t CFR India’s West Coast and $390.25/t CFR India’s East Coast.
Of the total volume, 746,500 t are to be shipped to India’s East Coast and around 1.033 million t to India’s West Coast. Reminder: RCF initially requested 700,000 t for dispatch to India’s East Coast and about 1 million t to India’s West Coast.
The fertilizer shall leave loading ports by 24 September.
Note: RCF received suppliers’ acceptances for 1.8835 million t of urea on 14 August, including 748,000 t for India’s East Coast and 1.1355 million t for the West Coast. SAFTCO, which was among 9 suppliers that received RCF’s counteroffers on that day, is not included in the final list of awarded suppliers.
