On 15 July, SOCAR has issued a tender to sell 30,000 t (+/-10%) of bulk granular urea for loading in Batumi, Georgia, and 20,000 t (+/-10%) of the big-bagged granular fertilizer for shipment from Trabzon, Turkiye. The company is offering the product for August dispatch. Bids are invited on an FOB Batumi or FOB Trabzon basis, while offers on a CIF/CFR basis may also be also considered based on actual freight costs. The bid submission deadline is 17 July 2026.
